Samay Project Services Private Limited (Samay) is in the business of design, engineering, supply, fabrication, erection and commissioning of Low Pressure (LP) Piping and Appurtenances and Fabricated Structures for the past 17 years and is one of the established Balance of Plant (BOP) EPC Contractors in the Indian Industry. The Company has executed over 60 projects in LP piping and appurtenances over the past 17 years, of which, over 45 projects are in the Captive, Co-gen and Thermal Power Plants. Oil and Gas Projects with IOCL, HPCL also form part of the portfolio.
The Company employs the latest modelling software from Autocad 3 D Plant for three-dimensional modelling with automated BOQ generation functionalities. The Company uses this software to improve BOM accuracy and understand material change order requirements due to revised layouts. The software also helps our engineers understand any routing changes required to prevent fouling during the detail engineering phase. The Company is well experienced in handling all subsystems, namely; Raw Water System, DM and Make up Water Systems, Potable Water System, Service Water and CW Systems, Instrument and Service Air Systems. The Company supplies, installs and commissions; related Valves, Strainers, Pipe Structural Supports, Bellows, Traps, Insulation, Glass flake epoxy and Rubber Lining, in addition to Pipes and Fittings. The Company also installs and commissions; all Pumps, Air compressors, Cooling Towers and other Equipment as part of the overall project requirements.
The Company has handled a variety of pipes; ranging from Carbon Steel, Galvanized, Stainless Steel, Ductile Iron, FRP, GRP, GRE, HDPE, PVC and UPVC, to High temperature Alloy Steel Pipes of grade SA 335 P11 and SA 335 P22, meeting IBR requirements. The Sizes of pipes handled, range from 15 NB to 1600 NB. Many of the MCW supply and return headers, in our projects, range from 1000 NB to 1500 NB. The thickness of pipes varies from 2.5 mm to 40 mm, with normal LP Piping thickness of 10 to 12 mm for the MCW and ACW supply and return lines. IBR high temperature seamless alloy pipe thickness of 20 – 40 mm have been handled by the Company in Power Cycle Piping, as part of the boiler and turbine lines. The Company has strong engineering and technical strengths with established industry leading capabilities, to execute; any LP Piping, IBR piping, in a Thermal, Captive or Co-gen Power Plant, Industrial Installation within or outside the Country.
The Company has also handled projects a number of Port projects in India and Abroad. The strong relationship established with the suppliers assists the Company to meet the stringent delivery commitments. The Company has acquired ISO 9001:2015 Certification for EPC of Piping System, Tanks and Vessels, and Fire Protection System. The Company is committed to Quality Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, and complies fully with the relevant legislations and safety norms.

Samay project services Private Limited (SPSPL) (Samay, incorporated in 2001), is in the business of SITC of Fire detection & Protection System, Piping & Appurtenances, API 650 Tanks, Cross country waters and Hydrocarbon Pipelines, STP / ETP / DESAL, Electro Mechanical Systems and Instrumentation for the past two decades. The company has executed over 100 projects and has about 10 – 15 ongoing projects at any time.
